On January 1, 2007 … this site was born. Probably not much at the time. It was the unknown era for me. I didn’t come until the following year, but all I know is this … every bit of knowledge I have, every connection I’ve used, every forum I’m a part of, can all be traced back here.
Originally I found this site while looking for the music from the VSFS07. By total luck I found this place and I officially joined in February. From there I met TG, PC, Vlam, Ooh lala, and plenty of other icons in my book. Soon afterwards I moved to BZ, and since then I’ve momentarily have gone back and forth to other forums, but I’ve always known my home.
Over the years, some have gone MIA, but new greats have emerged as well. It will always be amazing how something such as this can bring soo many people together. It’s safe to say without vsholic, there would be no JoeKnight and who knows … maybe many others wouldn’t have been here as well.
This site may not have the massive forum archives like BZ or TFS, but its music, gallery, video, and shoutbox sections make it unique. No other site I’ve seen has come close. All this is thanks to the main man himself … ThomasGrund (TG).
So I wish him, and everyone here (past, present, and future) a Happy New Years and a Happy VS Birthday. Every person here makes this site what it is. Here’s to all of us and many birthdays to come
